Thai Airways: Flights as normal

Thai Airways International (THAI) is continuing normal services after the announcement of martial law, THAI acting president Chokechai Panyayong said on Tuesday. 

Mr Chokechai said no flights would be affected by army chief Gen Prayuth Chan-ocha's declaration of  martial law nationwide.

All flights were operating as normal. The airline is closely watching the situation, he added.

The martial law is being enforced nationwide from 3am on Tuesday.
